Return Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at mwmenquiries@gmail.com to arrange a return. Place the item securely in its original packaging with your Name & Address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     We do not accept returns or cancellations on personalised items once work has started on these items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For defective or damaged products. We take every precaution to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate circumstance this doesn’t happen please contact us at mwmenquiries@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, so we can arrange a return.
